Imran Khan guides Comets to easy win
Khan showed his class with a knock of 107, his first century of the tournament as Comets closed on 225 for five. Former Trinidad and Tobago player Suruj Ragoonath also contributed 75 before he was forced to retire hurt. Shazim Mohammed was the best bowler for Sheffield finishing with figures of three for 37.
Khan then returned with the ball to take four scalps with his leg spin.
Left arm unorthodox bowler Magnum Nanan claimed four wickets also as the Comets spin attack proved overwhelming for the Sheffield batting lineup as they succumbed to 133 all out.
