Danielle goes to Miss Universe Pageant

DaniellE Jones whose dream is to become the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, was crowned Miss Trinidad and Tobago Queen for Miss Universe at the Centre of Excellence on Saturday night.

The pageant showcased 12 beauties from across the nation, parading in swim wear and evening gowns. Aquiyla Gomez, Miss Diego Martin, as the first runner-up, while Miss Woodbrook, Anya Maharaj came in as the second runner-up in the keenly contested competition. Faye Alibocus, former Miss Trinidad and Tobago, was on hand to crown her successor in a spectacular evening of glamour. Danielle Jones will begin her journey to represent this country at the international Miss Universe competition to be staged in Ecuador in June.
