Hazel to open symposium

THE Teacher Professional Development Unit of the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the National Commission of Unesco, will sponsor a two-day teacher education symposium on the theme “Institutionalising Learning from Teacher Education Programmes into the Classroom.” The symposium takes place on Wednesday and Thursday at the Ambassador Hotel on Long Circular Road, Maraval, from 8 am. Education Minister Hazel Manning is expected to deliver the feature address and formally open the symposium.
