Elderly man knocked down in Westmoorings

AN elderly man suffered broken limbs after being struck by a car while crossing the Western Main Road in the vicinity of Hi-Lo, Westmoorings, around 11 am yesterday. According to police reports, Christopher Beaubrun, 66, was crossing from south to north when he was struck by a car. The windshield of the car was shattered by the impact of Beaubrun’s body.
