Woman found dead in bed
POLICE are continuing investigations into the death of a woman who was found dead in her bed at Taska Road South, Ste Madeleine. Dead is Saraswattee Seepersad, 59. At about 6.30 pm Friday, Seepersad’s common-law husband, Boysie Benny, left her at home and went out with friends. When he returned at about 8.25 pm, he discovered Seepersad lying motionless in her bed, with her dress pulled up to her waist Police said there were no marks of violence on her body. Neighbours told police the last time they saw Seepersad, was about 3 pm at the back of her home. District Medical Officer Dr Trim, ordered the removal of the body to the Forensic Science Centre, Port-of-Spain.
