Rudder woos crowd
David Rudder performed in his first concert "Under the Trees," at the Hotel Normandie on Wednesday last. Backed by a group of professional musicians who call themselves The Core, Rudder took his audience down memory lane as much as he had them in the present. His one-hour set included greats like "Bahia Girl," "The Hammer," "Long Time Band" and "Shelia" from his play The Lucky Diamond Horseshoe Club which is currently on at Queen’s Hall, St Ann’s. It was quite evident that the musicians in the band were as enthuiastic as Rudder during the performance.
