UNC deja vu

The Constitution says that, where there is no clear leader, the leader who commands the majority of UNC parliamentarians will be named prime minister. Basdeo Panday will pick his candidates, so that they will support him to be prime minister. Ramesh will be AG again. Then the fight will start all over again.
