Has Massa returned?

When Manning wanted to set up a special force within the Police service to deal with the criminal elements and others many were of the view that he was forming a “Mongoose Gang.” He has set up a special force that has not obtained the desired results so he has sought help of the British Police service and 39 officers are said to be coming.

There are other British “experts” here already doing what Manning believes the locals cannot or could not do. What we have seen is that anything they have asked for to get the job done have in fact been given to them hurriedly, be it financial resources and/or a cut in labour resources. Why the same could not be done for the locals to get the job done?

I believe that the PNM hierarchy who have put their inept and wanting members in senior positions cannot deal with their lazy and backward fellow party members in the workplace and country and strangers have to do the dirty job?

They will be brought in soon to deal with the Fire Service and will get the same equipment that they have been begging for years and have been refused bluntly. You will see that under the PNM Massa days eh done yet and history has started to repeat itself.
