Limer shot during bar robbery

According to a police report, it was about 1.30 am when Francis and ten other patrons were liming at Sunkist Recreation Club in Chase Village, when three men — one with a cutlass and another with a gun - stormed the bar and announced a hold-up.

The bandits took a total of $4,500 in cash and cellphones from the patrons. As they were about to leave with the loot in a waiting vehicle, police said, a patron raised an alarm and the gunman fired a shot into the bar, hitting Francis in the left leg.
