Public relations officer returns

Mrs Lobo-Chan has also served as public relations officer to the well known Pan Round D-Neck Steelband and Worldwide Steel Orchestra.

She contributed significantly to the band’s success which included two Panorama victories.

In her home community of Cascade and St Ann’s, Mrs Lobo-Chan is well known for her dedication to providing to the underprivileged and has made significant personal contributions for ensure the well being of anyone else in need.

Mrs Lobo-Chan is a board member of the Tranquility Government Secondary School and a former director of the Exports Centre Co.

The new committee members of The Silver Stars Steel Orchestra are Edwin Pouchet — Arranger; Edgar “Junior” Pouchet; Edmund Pouchet; Christine Pouchet; Brenda Crosby and Jean Garcia-Ramjohn.
