Depressed man commits suicide

Police said Seepersad’s body was discovered at about 9 am by his elder brother Bobby, 45. Police said Bobby had decided to visit his brother who had sank into a deep state of depression recently.

On seeing his brother frothing at the mouth, Bobby raised an alarm and the victim was taken to San Fernando General Hospital where he succumbed at about 5 pm.

An autopsy was expected to be carried out yesterday at the San Fernando mortuary. PC Samuel of the Penal Police Station is investigating.
