Colourful opening at CAC Championships

A march past of teams was witnessed by President of Trinidad and Tobago George Maxwell Richards, Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Roger Boynes and president of the National Amateur Athletics Association Ken Doldron.

The competition which started yesterday and ends tomorrow are dedicated to Hasely Crawford, Trinidad and Tobago’s only Olympic gold medallist.

Crawford won the 100 metres sprint at the Montreal Games in 1976.
