CL increases Agostini shares

In a statement, the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange said Mouttet Capital Ltd sold its 3,322,391 shares in Agostini to Home Construction Ltd on July 5. Home Construction, which is a subsidiary of the CL Financial group, also acquired an additional 167,639 shares in Agostini from other parties on the same day.

The Stock Exchange said that with this purchase, CL Financial’s subsidiaries now own a total of 35.25 percent of the issued shares in Agostini. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Section 66 (3) of the Securities Industry Act 1995.
