PENAL MAN MISSING

Penal police confirmed yesterday that they have launched an investigation into the young man’s disappearance.

Ramkissoon’s mother, Savitri Murali, told Newsday yesterday that her son left home on July 2 to visit a friend. But she said that Ramkissoon subsequently left the friend to visit his (Ramkissoon’s) brother, Raj, at No 10 Mile mark, Penal Rock Road.

“It has been two weeks now and we have not heard from him. We reported the matter to the Penal police,” Raj said.

Toolsie, Raj said, was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, with white sneakers.

He is five feet ten inches tall and a construction worker. Penal Police said yesterday that on Friday night, a party of police officers conducted a search for Ramkissoon.
