Bandits rob Blue Gardenia bar

Employees were getting prepared to close the premises when the two unmasked men walked in and pointed a revolver announcing: “This is a hold up and hand over all the cash.”

No one was injured. According to a member of the staff, the men were strangers to the area, “not having seen any of them before.” Couva police are investigating.
