Caribbean youth science forum

The targeted group is Lower Sixth Form students.

This forum will bring together over 200 youths from Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cuba, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago for a seven-day residential activity.

They will participate in lectures/discussions, field trips and debates and will interact with local, regional and international scientists.

The forum is aiming to encourage the pursuit of careers in science and technology as well as provide a medium through which Caribbean youth can discuss important issues in the field, interact with regional and international scientists and foster long-term relationships.

Plenary sessions will be held in Lecture Room C1, Chemistry Building and for concurrent sessions, Lecture room C2 will be included.
