Emancipation calypso contest

Finalists from the five to 16 age group are Ferdinand Smith, Jael Paul, Jaylana Bryan, Kwesi Charles, Megan Warlond, Shinesse Simmons, Tenaj Smith and Yasin Akil Rashid.

The finalists from the 17 to 35 age group are Arnold Jordan, Cindy Alleyne, Corey Burke, Frank Moore, Jervae Ceasar, Marion Paponette, Muga Gill and Shereen Caesar.

The event will also feature an extempo competition and music will be provided by Earl Knight and the Service Brass.
