East PoS decision in September

The officials said the committee has been given a mid-September deadline to complete its work and submit a report to the minister. They added that once that happens, it was Rowley’s prerogative to either accept or reject the recommendations of the committee about how the East PoS development would proceed.

At a post-Cabinet news conference at Whitehall in July, Rowley said plans for the new East PoS housing developments were proceeding accordingly and he should make a decision soon.
