“Only four years ago a good friend and colleague opposite issued a cheque for less than $1,000 and it bounced. Today that same colleague of mine is worth over $16 million”. He said the ports were a “free-for-all”. “The ports of Trinidad and Tobago are a get-rich scheme for the PNM and its friends.”
