Two sealed metal boxes found beneath vessel

According to reports, at about 3 am, the Port Authority was informed of the unauthorised presence of individuals lurking in the water near the vessel, MV Grenadines.

When the officers searched the underside of the vessel, two boxes were found.

The Captain of the vessel confirmed that the boxes were not part of his vessel.

Officers of the Central Police Station are continuing inquiries.
