Did PM see gated Dubai slums?

He noted the speed at which Dubai was pursuing its vision. He expressed annoyance with some locals who did not possess foresight and were complaining about the speed at which he was pursuing his vision.

I wonder if we could test our Prime Minister’s vision. I know he saw a lot of tall beautiful buildings in Dubai. However, did he see any potholes? Did he have to side step any piles of garbage or step over any vagrants while viewing in Dubai? Were the daily newspapers plastered with reports of murder and filled with complaints about hospitals, schools, agriculture and general public service? Did he see any gated slums? Did he see the price of their gas?

After viewing the splendour of Dubai how did he feel to return to the nightmare of TT?
