Equitable society
2. Each group in the society has the right to enjoy the best of everything in the society but in harmonious cooperation with the others and not at the expense of others.
Applying this principle will lead to greater productivity and harmony because the state will not be seen as favouring only certain groups in the society and directing resources only in certain directions as regards jobs, housing and culture etc and will allow all to strive for maximum fulfilment in a national context. It could also lead to a bipartisan political approach to solving national problems.
3. The society must avoid extremes of wealth and poverty which inevitably breed conflict and envy.
Applying this principle will help to avoid ideological arguments such as the choice between socialism and capitalism and could be carried out in many ways such as targeted subsidies, unbiased social services, tripartite agreements between government, labour and capital.
