Another body found at sea

According to reports, a passer-by saw the body of Adam Jotif of Guayaguayare washed ashore on the beach and the Mayaro police were alerted. A party of officers led by ASP Lewis, Inspector Ken Lutchman, Inspector Jori, Corporals Castillo, Maharaj and WPC Stephens along with the District Medical Officer Hosein went to the scene.

The body was clad in a black short pants with a blue cloth tied around the ankle and there appeared to be marks of violence about the neck. Jotif was last seen alive on Thursday at 6 pm by an uncle. Police investigators said that although he was known to them he was not involved in any criminal activities.
