Lillyan Williams gets CSI status

Having done an act of kindness for a disabled man, Lillyan was deservedly singled out as an inspiration for the nation’s youth. Apart from being awarded by the Mayor of San Fernando Kazim Hosein she received a gift from the PM himself Dr Keith Rowley.

An employee of JTA Supermarket, Cross Crossing San Fernando, Lillyan is now reaping the benefit of her kindness as she went from a shelf-loader to bag packer and now she is promoted to Customer Service Initiator (CSI).

Lillyan was given this post by Sonja Rudder, Marketing Manager JT Allum and Company Limited. “We are please to announce that Lillyan will be promoted to our highly specialised Customer Service Initiator team,” she said. This team is responsible for many of the customer service initiatives that are ongoing within the Company.

Its members can be easily identified with their bright red vests.

Rudder noted that coincidentally, JTA is about to embark on a significant customer service initiative.

This being, the launch of its own rewards card that will be called the “JTA Thank You” card. “We are excited for Lillyan to be part of this energetic team that will champion this new initiative for our loyal customers,” she said, noting that the JTA worker,is most deserving of the tremendous public recognition for her act of kindness while assisting one of our differently abled customers this past Monday.

“We are so very proud of her and will continue to support her as she furthers her education with part-time classes,” Rudder said.
