A book for all politicians

Owen is a medical practitioner and former UK foreign minister in the Labour Government under then British Prime Minister James Callaghan.

The Hubris Syndrome is a publication for all politicians and aspirants to political office. They should obtain, read and use as the doctrine for their political careers.

The 42 copies have now been distributed to our elected Members of Parliament courtesy Republic.

I can only hope they will appreciate the gesture, read and understand what power does to politicians and avoid becoming victims of the hubris syndrome.
