Where are poppies?

All schoolchildren wore poppies as they were readily available to buy for 25 cents throughout Trinidad.

I wonder if children even know what Remembrance Day signifies? The recent television news showed scenes of Remembrance Day all over the world and everyone, young and old, wore a poppy. Why not the people of TT ? J KNAGGS St Ann’s
