National Water Polo Champs at Aquatic Centre

The event, which also invites foreign clubs to participate, will be co-hosted by Marlins Aquatics Club and Royhil Seals Water Polo Club. Barbados will be sending three teams to compete against teams from the two local host clubs.

Teams will compete in the following categories - Under-14 coed, Under-16 male, Under-16 female, Under-19 male and Open male. Republic Bank Limited is the gold sponsor of this year’s event.

It will be the final event on the water polo calendar for this year and aquatics enthusiasts are looking forward to witnessing some exciting games at this world class aquatic facility. These championships will set the tone for the upcoming important Pan American Qualifier, CCCAN, which will be held at the National Aquatic Centre in June/July 2017.

The events are open to the general public at the cost of $25 for adults and $15 for children 16 years and under.
