The NCC says applicants then have until 3 pm on Friday, January 13 to submit completed forms to the same office. Those forms must be accompanied by “the stipulated concession fees __ in cash, prior to occupation of the assigned booth” as well as valid food badges “issued by the Regional Corporation for the year 2017, prior to occupation of the assigned booth.” The NCC also made it clear that its board “reserves the right to refuse any application.”
