Oh My Fry fresh potatoes

Touting fresh potato as its prime ingredient, the service prides itself on the fact that its menu fare is processed entirely from fresh potatoes –and not out of freezer bags. The potatoes are peeled and cut from scratch into a variety of styles: wedge, straight cut, curly and potato tornado. They are served with a range of toppings – rubs cheeses, sauces and meats. The potato tornado is perhaps the most exotic item on the list: a cut and fried potato is spun around a bamboo skewer and dipped into a rub of selected the customer’s choice.

The Oh My Fry truck will be posted at different locations along popular Ariapita Avenue in Woodbrook, the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain and other locations.

Oh My Fry also boasts of its commitment to an environmentally- pristine community and is using only 100 per cent biodegradable packaging, paper cones, cardboard boats and bamboo utensils.
