Can Petrotrin be managed?

The bad news is water does not fetch a high price. No disrespect, WASA. Plain talk, bad manners.

The present oil prices look like this: WTI crude, US$42.53 a barrel; Brent crude, US$44.52 a barrel.

Year-end forecast: US$48 a barrel.

TT ’s crude commands a much lower price than the above.

The question being circulated in the oil sector presently is: will ExxonMobil manage Petrotrin? I am a Trini, I answer a question with a question: can ExxonMobil, or anybody for that matter, manage Petrotrin?
