Couple robbed on beach

A SOUTH Trinidad couple was robbed by two men Wednesday night and the female victim was forced to perform oral sex on the bandits, while her common-law husband looked on helplessly. According to police reports, at around 11.40 pm,  the 43-year-old man and his 44-year-old common-law-wife were walking along Fanny Village, Point Fortin, near Sunset Beach when they were approached by two men wearing ski-masks, dark clothing and brandishing guns. One of the gunmen placed his firearm to the man’s head and announced a hold-up.

The other relieved the woman of a silver chain, pendant and three silver rings. The man was robbed of his bank card. The woman was later forced to carry out the sex act on the bandits. The frightened couple made a report to the Pt Fortin Police Station. Up to late yesterday no arrests had been made and investigations are continuing.
