Hi Lo manager robbed of car

THE manager of HiLo Food Stores in Point Fortin was reportedly robbed of his car at gunpoint outside his South Oropouche home Wednesday night. According to police reports, when Derrick Chadee arrived at his home at around 10 pm he was accosted by three masked, armed men as he drove into his gateway in his blue Nissan Almera. Chadee told police while waiting for his wife to open the gate, a silver Nissan B14 car pulled up behind him and three men alighted, pointed a gun and ordered him out of his car.  They then drove off with his car and the vehicle they came in. A report was made to the Oropouche police and PC Badree is continuing investigations.
