Warning light and sign needed
This is dangerous especially since there is a speed hump about a hundred feet from the crossing, so that motorists after slowing down to cross the hump, speed up (as most Trinis do) after having been inconvenienced by the hump, totally unaware that a crossing is just ahead.
The fact that the lines were originally painted in white and have faded considerably does not make the situation any better.
Maybe the authorities are waiting until someone is knocked down while crossing to do something about it. Why must we always look for the cure instead of the preventative measure?
