According to reports, officers of the post responded to a report at 4.50 pm by an anonymous caller that a man was threatening to kill three persons with a cutlass. When officers arrived on the scene they met with PC Patrick of the Northern Division who informed them that Bradly Hernandez was inside a house at San Pablo Trace, Valencia, armed with a sharpened cutlass.
