London vacationer drowns

According to police, at around 9.45am yesterday, Paul Shekleton “came into some difficulties” while bathing in waist to shoulder height water with a friend.

Fifteen minutes later, persons on the beach aw Shekleton’s body floating in the water and retrieved the body.

Shekleton was a British national on vacation with his companion, Margaret Seecharan.

The couple, who have been living together in London for the past 35 years, was supposed to return home tomorrow.
