Murdered man to be cremated

Ramoutar went missing from his Penal home on May 4, and his decomposing body was discovered with his hands bound and his throat slit, a week later. Because of his decomposing state, relatives who were searching for him during that week, still had to wait another five months to confirm via DNA testing, that the body found in at the Chase Village Flyover on May 10, was in fact that of Ramoutars. On Tuesday last, relatives received confirmation on his identity. Up to press time, no arrest has been made and investigations are continuing.
