TSTT deaf, blind and dumb too?

Of course it has not yet dawned on TSTT that its efforts would bear greater fruit if it provided the service for which it is being paid. So many people complain of the atrocious service they receive from this entity that one wonders if it is deaf and blind as well as dumb.

Phone service is intermittent, if at all, and even when the thing works there is so much background noise that conversation is rendered impossible.

Repeated reports to the service department results in the same refrain: “We are working on the problem, sir.

I’m sorry, I can’t say when it will be rectified.” How many times does one have to go through this rigmarole? How long will it take for a problem to be corrected? A month? What is a customer to do in the meantime? Promises about rebates are meaningless. What about all the calls which have been missed while the phone is not in service and the hundreds of dollars in cell phone cards that have to be bought in order to maintain telephone contact? One thing you can be sure about is TSTT really cares — it shows in the sincerity in the voices of the young women when they tell you they can do nothing. They are specifically trained to tell you bad news nicely.

Good luck to TSTT and its alleged campaign to increase market share. Sensible people will be seeking alternatives.
