National 3x3 final jumps off Saturday

The Under-17 Boys and Girls would be competing for the title of National Champions and the opportunity to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the Antilles 3X3 International Youth Championships tentatively carded for February, 2017 in St Lucia.

The National Final consists of 10 male teams who were placed into three groups and six female teams positioned into two groups. The competition comprises of three players per team playing on half the court with a maximum time period of 10 minutes per game but ends once a team scores 21 points.

The teams for the final round were selected by being winners or runners- up from the five conferences throughout the country in Shaw Park (Tobago), La Romaine (South), Longdenville (Central) Nelson Mandela Park (North) and Princes Royal Park (East).
