Hike from Caurita to Las Cuevas

Along the way hikers will have the opportunity to see the beautiful Habio Falls with its distinctive fall pattern and the always visually captivating Rincon Falls.

Parking is at Mt Hope Hospital (EWMSC), from where maxi taxi transport will then proceed to the trail head in Maracas, St Joseph. This transport will then pick up the group at Las Cuevas, where the hike ends, and bring them back to Mt Hope.

Rate: Very challenging Duration: 5 - 6 hours Meeting point: Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt.Hope.

Time: 6:30 am.

Limit: 40 persons.

Screening and pre-registration is in effect.

NB: Please be advised that the long duration of this hike makes it a challenging one. Please do not attempt if you have a lingering ankle, leg or knee injury or if your current state of fitness is low or your state of overall health questionable.
