Lester continues to improve after accident
Lester’s mother Mary Layne, who has taken time off from work to spend with her daughter, said Lester is recognising people and moving her hands but still not talking since the accident.
Lester received bruises to her face, neck and legs and had to undergo surgery for a dislocated hip after being knocked down by a car while riding with a group of cyclists in south Trinidad. Layne said her daughter is getting a lot of support from family, friends and the cycling fraternity. She asked members of the public to continue praying for her daughter’s recovery from this unfortunate incident.
