Marlins, Royhil Seals in Open Male final

Royhil Seals defeated Barbados comfortably in the Under 16 female category by a margin of 17-3 and then had an internal battle in the Under 14 category as Royhil ‘Garnet’ overcame Royhil ‘Emerald’, trashing them 21-3. Marlins Black halted Royal Seals ‘Garnet’ in the Under 14 coed category, defeating them 14-11.

In the Open Male event, Royhil took revenge over their rivals from Marlins as they fought a hard battle and got the better of them 12-11 to end the day’s play. The duo will play again today in what is expected to be an intriguing final to decide who rules the Open category.

Today’s games are scheduled to begin at 12 noon and the awards ceremony set at 6pm, in the Aquatic Centre , Couva. Admission for adults cost $25 and children cost $15.
