Still needing the basics

To a large part we have failed as we ignore the basics and built the National Academy for the Performing Arts, more stadiums than we need and many other projects, leaving the people surrounded by garbage and in need of proper healthcare, water etc.

At this point plans are afoot to build a road to Toco, which we all know is a seething metropolis of people and commerce; once more a project we can do without at this time.

We really need a government with different priorities.
