Royal treatment — if I ran things

Senior citizens require banking services throughout the month, so why are they made to suffer, standing in a line with other younger, able-bodied customers for hours? The teller can service the needs of all customers but scan the line for any seniors and pull each one out for priority treatment in the order in which they have arrived for the service.

That would be royal treatment.
