FCIB lines up special Olympics

It is expected that this FirstCaribbean-sponsored handbook will enable national decision-makers, and the public to learn more about the signs associated with intellectual disabilities and gain a greater appreciation of the importance of Special Olympics in creating improved physical fitness and a positive self-image for participants.

Victor Mouttet, director of FirstCaribbean said the SOC’s first-ever information handbook will provide much needed enlightenment and hopefully bring about a positive change in public perception.
