The People's Hotline

SAN FERNANDO businessman Shawn Bedasie complained that TSTT left him “hanging” for over a week after repairmen left him without a regular telephone service at his High Street business place.

Bedasie said the TSTT repairmen left their work unfinished and promised to return shortly to complete the job and restore his telephone service. When a week passed and no one showed up, he lodged a complaint at TSTT, but still nothing was done.

As a result, Bedasie said, his business was severely hampered. When The People’s Hotline checked with the telephone company, officials said they were aware of the problem and would deal with it promptly. A relieved Bedasie called The People’s Hotline yesterday to report his telephone service was restored after the TSTT crew returned and got the job done.
