The People's Hotline

Agnita Stanisclaus called The People’s Hotline last month to report a problem she had with her telephone line.

Stanisclaus lives at Mitchell Street, South Oropouche where the telephone line has been down for two weeks.

Stanisclaus said the line was pulled down by a truck after it got entangled on the truck’s rear end. She said she made several calls to TSTT who promised to send a technician as soon as one was available.

A frustrated Stanisclaus said she was tired of the run-around TSTT was giving her, noting that it was now six weeks since she last used her telephone. The People’s Hotline spoke to a clerk at TSTT’s repairs division, who indicated that technicians would visit Stanisclaus’ house within the next week.

Staniscalus called The People’s Hotline yesterday to say how thankful she was since TSTT visited her house, repaired the line and now her phone was working perfectly.
