TSTT leaves Seema smiling

She said the noise was that of a Kiss truck pulling down her telephone line. Sukhu said her phone went dead and she reported the incident to TSTT, who promised to send repairmen within the next few days.

Sukhu said she was left phoneless ever since and repeated calls to the State utility has left her more frustrated. The People’s Hotline spoke with a TSTT customer service clerk about Sukhu’s problem. A grateful Sukhu called yesterday from her home to say that repairs were carried out.

“Thanks to Newsday and TSTT, I now have my phone service back up,” the happy woman said.
