EMANCIPATION MOMENTS

Sunny conditions on Tuesday proved to be ideal weather for the participators, although isolated showers seemed to go unnoticed by revellers.

Several Government ministers including, Prime Minister, Patrick Manning; Culture Minister, Joan Yuille-Williams and Min-ister of State in the Ministry of Community Development, Edward Hart joined in the procession.
