Del Marco Models stages ‘Genesis’

The event, entitled “Genesis”, will take place at the Strand Cultural Centre (formerly Strand Cinema). It will begin at 8:30 pm and will feature the Del Marco Models in a dazzling array of trendy clothing.

Also, the models will soon launch the Fashion Designer’s Festival from which the 2006 Fashion Designer of the Year will be selected.

Catering to amateur and professional designers, the competition will feature designers presenting two sketches of their designs. Clothing will then be produced based on the sketches of the top 50 designers. This will be done at a fashion show in which the clothing will be presented and the top designs will be chosen. The date and venue of this event will soon be announced.

Interested persons are asked to attend “Genesis-The Fashion Show” where they will be screened for entry into the Fashion Designer’s Festival.
