PRESENTATION TOPS IN SOUTH

Jaikaransingh said that students attained over 86 percent passes in all subjects, with 100 percent passes in Social Studies, Visual Arts and Technical Drawing. The principal boasted that the school has also attained 98 percent passes in Spanish and Principles of Business.

Teachers were bubbling with pride as scores of students were awarded distinctions in all eight or nine of their subjects. Students of the Point Fortin Senior Secondary were still awaiting their results yesterday. An official of the school told Newsday that students and teachers had been gathered together all morning waiting for the results, but to no avail.
